Subscriptions
Certain parts of the Service are available through a subscription plan (“Subscription(s)”), which is billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly). The billing frequency depends on the specific subscription plan chosen at the time of purchase.
Unless you cancel or ADARIC PTE. LTD. terminates your Subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms. You can manage and cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management settings.
To process Subscription payments, a valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required. You must provide accurate and complete billing details, including your name, address, state, postal code, phone number, and payment method. By providing payment information, you authorize ADARIC PTE. LTD. to charge all applicable fees to your designated payment method.
If automatic payment cannot be processed for any reason, ADARIC PTE. LTD. will send an electronic invoice requiring you to manually complete payment by the specified due date for the relevant billing period.
Free Trial
At its sole discretion, ADARIC PTE. LTD. may offer a limited-time free trial of its Subscription service (“Free Trial”).
You may need to provide payment details when registering for a Free Trial.
If you do provide your billing information, no charges will be made until the Free Trial ends. On the final day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel your Subscription, the relevant Subscription fee will be charged automatically based on the plan you selected.
ADARIC PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify or terminate Free Trial offers at any time without prior notice.
Fee Changes
ADARIC PTE. LTD. may, at its discretion, adjust the fees associated with Subscriptions. Any changes to the fee structure will take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
Reasonable notice will be given before any fee adjustment to allow you to cancel your Subscription if you wish to avoid the updated charges.
Continuing to use the Service after the fee adjustment becomes effective will be considered your agreement to the new pricing.
Refunds
